CRIStAL (Research center in Computer Science, Signal and Automatic Control of Lille) is a laboratory (UMR 9189) of the National Center for Scientific Research, University Lille 1 and Centrale Lille in partnership with University Lille 3, Inria and Institut Mines Telecom.

 The core of our activities is focused on micro and nanotechnologies and their applications in the fields of information, communication, transport and health. Our researchers have at their disposal exceptional experimental resources, in particular technology and characterization facilities whose capabilities and performance are at the highest European level.
 

The LIS “Laboratoire d’Informatique et Systèmes” is a Joint Research Unit (UMR) under the supervision of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) attached to the Univer-sité de Toulon (UTLN) and Institut des sciences de l’information et de leurs interactions (INS2I), of the Université d’Aix-Marseille (AMU). The LIS conducts fundamental and applied research in the fields of computing, automation, signal and image.
